Project Update on Power Purchase Agreements in Mexico and Peru

North Randall, Ohio, January 3, 2018 – The Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. (GPGC PinkSheets) Project Start-up Team visited the 4 sites for the Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) in Mexico and Peru in September 2017. The team has decided to start the project in Camanà, Peru (distrito de Nicolàs de Périola) due to the size of the city, their requirements and cooperation from the Federal government with programs to help support outside investment through guaranties.

As a first phase in this project, GPGC has agreed, with the Mayor of the district of Nicolàs Périola, Jesus M. Maldonado, to install 30 MegaWatts (MW) of electricity within the city limits of Camanà and has signed a PPA to start engineering and final development in January 2018.

At the same time, GPGC’s project development team, headed by Ing. Eduardo Marzan, has been in discussions with Government officials in Lima, Peru in order to secure payment guaranties and explore other available programs which will facilitate our progress and minimize the risk to our shareholders.

Camanà, Peru Project Details
GPGC will install solar panels backed by wind or natural gas technology. They will provide engineering for the site, site preparation, transmission connection (including poles), control centers for each site and backup hardware to maintain 24/7 operation.

The renewable energy installations will have a capacity of 30 MW. Power production will be 38,299,986 kilowatts (kW) per year. Using the low end of our range – 19 cents per kilowatt hour billing, this produces more than $7,276,998 in revenue per year. The PPA is for 25 years, so this equates to over $181,924,950 in revenue over the course of the PPA. Using conservative calculations, it is estimated that the annual operating expenses will be approximately $1,500,000 per year, or just over $37,000,000 over the course of 25 years.

All the calculations will be verified against final engineering plans by the end of January 2018, at which time a financial plan and financial partners will officially be announced.
