North Randall, Ohio, May 1, 2018 – Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. (GPGC) previously announced that they have entered into an agreement with an electrical distribution company under contract to the government of Panama for the installation, maintenance, and operation of a 5 Megawatt (MW) solar plant in Los Santos Province, Panama.
A new company has been formed with GPGC in Panama, Los Santos Energy Corp., and an Operation Permit has been obtained from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. They are now applying for provisional and definitive licenses from the government of Panama. A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) will be negotiated once the licenses have been obtained. This is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
